SELF ESTEEM

There have been a number of different studies that show that children who have a strong self-esteem also do well in school. There are also studies that show that the development of self-esteem is linked to: the way you feel about your race, expectations from teachers, identifying talents and achievements, career plans and goals, and love from your parents.

With this in mind, our programs concentrate on developing self-esteem using various methods.

Highlights:

Teaching Cultural History and Materials

Teaching students to successfully use the technology

Seeing positive role models in their own image

Development of post-secondary plans or career goals
in a variety of fields
